a. TOEFL (Internet-based Test):
• 79 (Reading, Listening and Speaking≥ 18; Writing≥ 19) for test taken before 21January 2026; or
• 4.5 (Reading ≥4, Listening ≥4.5, Speaking≥4, Writing ≥4.5) for tests taken on or after 21 January 2026;
b. IELTS at 6.5 (Academic; Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing ≥ 5.5);
c. For the programmes offered by FST, consideration will also be made for applicants with a minimum overall score in the College English Test (CET) Band 6 at 500 AND grade B in the Speaking English Test.
